Connection Screen duration question

Hi all, the connection screen I'm talking about is specifically after the UBISOFT logo that carries you into the Character select screen.

I'm not getting any errors or failures, I'm just looking for clarity on what's happening during the screening and whether 60 - 120 secs (60-ish being the usual) is the common experience for that connection to complete? Or should it be near instant?

I know that 1 minute is not an eternity to wait, but it feels long for an authentication.
That's why I'm wondering if it's loading anything else (assets or something?) As well as authenticating? Or is it only authenticating?

Please help.
